I am an internet marketing professional currently employed as the Director of Internet Marketing for eClick Performance, a Chicago Internet Marketing firm. I began my career on the more traditional side of marketing and communications in the fields of health care and health and fitness.
Although early on in my career I spent plenty of time practicing traditional corporate communications and marketing, I was lucky enough to be responsible for the management and performance of several websites. From there, my interest grew beyond writing and web marketing into advanced analytics and search engine optimization. I have been writing and strategizing for the web for more than five years, and have been consulting for nearly two years.
